    Description

    Description of the Role

    The SEO Specialist will lead LandSeed’s organic search strategy, managing both on-page and technical optimization. This includes conducting keyword research, optimizing digital content, implementing link-building campaigns, and monitoring search performance. You’ll collaborate closely with the content and development teams to ensure all digital assets meet SEO best practices and support broader marketing and outreach goals.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis
    • Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking structures
    • Perform regular technical SEO audits and address issues such as page speed, crawl errors, and indexing
    • Develop and execute link-building strategies and outreach efforts
    • Monitor search engine rankings, keyword performance, and organic traffic trends
    • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content strategies
    • Stay up to date with evolving search engine algorithms and ranking factors
    • Use analytics tools to generate regular reports and performance insights

    Required Experience/Skills

    • 0–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO with measurable results
    • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
    • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building techniques
    • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and website architecture
    • Strong written communication and ability to collaborate across teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Google Analytics or Google Ads certification
    • Experience with local SEO or international SEO strategies
    • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
    • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles

    • SEO & Analysis: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog
    • Performance Tracking: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
    • Keyword Research: Google Keyword Planner, AnswerThePublic, Ubersuggest
    • CMS/Website Builders: WordPress, Webflow, or similar
    • Outreach & Backlinking Tools: BuzzStream, Hunter.io (optional)
