    Description

    Outreach & Research Connector (Volunteer • Part-Time • Remote)

Help us connect with the people who can build this together.

TEG-Blue™ is a global initiative creating emotional technology — a framework that maps how emotions move between survival and belonging. We’re entering our research and validation phase, and we’re looking for someone who can help us reach researchers, therapists, and trauma-informed thinkers who want to collaborate.

This is a volunteer role for now — but it’s a meaningful chance to help bring a pioneering emotional system into the world.

    About TEG-Blue™

TEG-Blue is building the foundations of emotional technology — a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-friendly system that visually maps how humans feel, protect, and heal. What began as one person’s survival project is now growing into a collaborative, research-based movement.

    The role

We’re looking for an Outreach & Research Connector to help us find the right people to join this phase — researchers, therapists, educators, and practitioners who align with trauma-informed innovation and emotional literacy.

    Your role could include:

    • Researching professionals and institutions aligned with our mission.
    • Writing and sending short, authentic outreach messages or emails.
    • Helping us map a network of potential collaborators and research partners.
    • Supporting the coordination of first conversations or group meetings.

    Who we’re hoping to find

    • You care about emotional awareness, healing, and social impact.
    • You enjoy researching, connecting, and writing simple, kind messages.
    • You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
    • You want to contribute to something that could shift how we understand human emotion and connection.

    What you gain

    • A role in shaping an early-stage global initiative.
    • Recognition as part of TEG-Blue’s research foundation.
    • Full flexibility — async, remote collaboration.
    • A real pathway toward a future paid or long-term position as funding grows.

    A note of honesty

TEG-Blue has been built with no external funding so far — only dedication and belief. This is a volunteer role, but it’s also a rare chance to help build something that could change how we understand ourselves and each other.

It’s completely okay if you use AI tools to help you write, actually, we encourage it. AI can be a useful way to clarify your ideas or find the right words. But your answers should reflect what you truly think, feel, and do.

At TEG-Blue we value honesty above everything. Our project is built on accountability and emotional honesty. What matters most is that your answers are plain, real, and true to you.
