    Description

    Reentry Program Director

    The Program Director will be responsible for the overall program and administrative oversight and monitoring of clients at our Resurrection Reentry Program. The incumbent will lead to ensure all services are consistent with the mission of AWOFINC and meet contract, funding, and/or accreditation requirements. Additional duties will include supervising program staff, conducting individual and group interventions, maintain programming, assess needs, make referrals, develop resources, and maintain good records.

    Supervise and manage a team of Workforce Development Coordinators and Case Managers, provide coaching and development opportunities (i.e. annual evaluations) for staff per HR guidelines- Manage grant-funded projects (i.e. collect data and prepare reports to ensure programs meet contractual, grant requirements) and ensure they are implemented within scope and within budget- Ensure that supervised staff are meeting project outcomes as required by various funding sources. Enforce quality assurance protocols by conducting monthly case file audits, fiscal audits, and sub-recipient/vendor monitoring Maintain statistical data and tracking information for assigned and/or new grant requirements.

    Audit records and utilize databases (i.e. SecurManage, ECimpact) to ensure compliance with grant requirements- Develop relationships and partnerships with community-based organizations, government entities and correctional programs- Prepare monthly CQI reports of all reentry services and programs to track service utilization, program completion rates, and participation rates. Assist/Lead staff meetings with input from the Executive Director and Director of Operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by Executive Director.

    Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field required. Masters degree preferred. Previous supervisory and management experience is required

    This is a remote/virtual position however, the preferred candidate will live/work in the Chicagoland area.
