    Description

    Youth Program Coordinator

    Assist in planning, organizing, and leading youth training sessions, workshops, and activities.

    Support program staff in developing engaging, age-appropriate curricula.

    Provide mentorship, guidance, and encouragement to youth participants.

    Help facilitate recreational, educational, and skill-building activities at the YMCA and other community partner sites.

    Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.

    Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, program evaluations, and event preparation.

    Collaborate with YMCA staff and other volunteers to enhance program quality.
