PROGRAMME OFFICER

• Assist with planning, monitoring, reporting and coordination of

empowerment programmes.

• Ideal for individuals who are organised, responsible and passionate

about social development.

FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNER

• Support fundraising campaigns, donor outreach and sponsorship

development.

• Best suited for confident communicators and relationship builders.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH ASSISTANT

• Work directly with communities through outreach events and

distribution programmes.

• Suitable for individuals who enjoy people-focused work and

teamwork.

SOCIAL MEDIA AMBASSADOR

• Manage social posts, help with content creation and grow QWFN’s

online presence.

• Best for digitally active and creative individuals.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

• Support women in business through mentorship coordination and

partner engagement.

• Ideal for business students, entrepreneurs and development-focused

professionals.

PEOPLE MANAGER

 Support recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of volunteers and team

members across QWFN programs.

 Help build simple HR systems — including role descriptions,

communication flow, performance check-ins, and documentation.

 Maintain people records, assist with basic policies, and ensure team

alignment as the organization grows.
