Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, & Inclusion
Individuals with identities or experiences that are historically marginalized in candidate selection processes (including but not limited to those related to race or ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual or affectional orientation, cognitive or physical ability, age, country of origin, immigration status, or incarceration history), are especially encouraged to apply.
Evaluations of applications will be based solely on relevant experience and desire to participate, and not on education, name recognition, or institutional job title hierarchy.
QMLN is dedicated to making the Founding Steering Committee as inclusive as possible. We will strive to build systems that allow all Committee members to participate as fully as possible, taking into account cognitive and physical needs and capacities, access to technology and workspace, schedules and commitments, language proficiencies, and other factors.
If you are concerned about any potential barriers to meeting the time commitment or responsibilities of the Steering Committee, you are welcome (but not required) to bring them up during your interview so that we can discuss accommodations that will allow you to participate.
