Do you want to be a catalyst and have a long term impact on young kids so they can have a more confident future? Research shows that intervention at young age to build a strong foundation in Math has significant impact in the later years!
OneInMath volunteers develop valuable leadership, negotiation and management skills in a fun environment, and have the satisfaction of helping kids learn math.
You will be the responsible to start OneInMath program at your local library. You will work with the librarian to establish the program, actively recruit volunteers to tutor and K-3 students to teach with help of the librarians. You will supervise both tutors and students. You will ensure tutors are following the curriculum, tutoring effectively and diligently and ensure quality of teaching using the OneInMath curriculum and techniques. You will be responsible for communications with librarians, parents, and volunteers in a timely manner, responsibly, and in professional manner.
We provide complete logistics, training, course material, tracker, monitoring and guidance through out the session.
