    Description

    Organization: She’s Going Places

    Location: Remote

    Time Commitment: 10–15 hours per week

    Compensation: Volunteer position with quarterly stipend

    Reports To: CEO / Founder

    Role Overview

    She’s Going Places is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Merchandise Coordinator to support the development and management of our digital merchandise offerings. This role plays a key part in generating earned revenue, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting the sustainability of our programs.

    The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and interested in e-commerce, digital products, and social impact. This role is well-suited for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, digital merchandising, and online sales management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain digital merchandise offerings, including:
      • Branded products (apparel, bags, mugs, accessories)
      • Digital products (eBooks, toolkits, downloadable resources)
    • Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images
    • Coordinate updates to online storefronts and sales platforms
    • Support the setup and organization of digital product delivery systems
    • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote merchandise and campaigns
    • Track basic sales data and provide summary reports on performance
    • Support inventory coordination and fulfillment processes when applicable
    • Ensure product offerings align with She’s Going Places’ mission and branding

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Interest or experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing
    • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, or similar
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Interest in women’s empowerment, social impact, or nonprofit work

    Prior experience is helpful but not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
