At Apprentice Learning, Experience Ignites Purpose.
Apprentice Learning (AL) provides real-world work experiences for middle-grade youth. In direct partnership with schools and employers, we leverage career exploration to teach skills, ignite purpose, and nurture dreams.
Are you passionate about helping young people discover their potential? Join us as a Career Mentor and share your professional journey with curious, motivated middle school students.
As a Career Mentor in Boston, you’ll guide a small group of students through a six-week apprenticeship this fall. For many students, this will be their first glimpse into the world of work—your mentorship can help them build confidence, explore possibilities, and envision futures they may never have considered.
What to Expect:
This fall’s program runs for 6 weeks from the week of October 27 through early December.
