    Description

    About Givspire

Givspire is a social media platform built specifically for nonprofits — designed to amplify missions, increase visibility, and inspire giving. We are redefining how nonprofits connect with supporters and grow their impact in the digital age.

    Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented college students who are eager to gain hands-on experience across startups, social impact, and the nonprofit sector. This internship is ideal for students looking to build their resume, expand their professional network, and gain real-world experience working directly with a founder and CEO.

Interns will play an active role in supporting Givspire’s growth while working closely with nonprofits using the platform to provide support services.

    What You’ll Do

    • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for nonprofits to post on their Givspire profile
    • Help onboard nonprofits and guide them in promoting their profiles
    • Support outreach efforts to encourage nonprofits to share Givspire with their networks
    • Organize and schedule meetings with nonprofit partners and stakeholders
    • Assist with email communications and follow-ups
    • Help brainstorm growth strategies and new app feature ideas
    • Provide general administrative and operational support to the CEO

Note: there are various tasks that Givspire is seeking help on and you are welcome to take on tasks in areas of interest that appeal to your skillset or desired experience - you are not required to take on all the tasks within all the bullet points above. An initial meeting/interview will explore the specific tasks you are interested in.

    What You’ll Gain

    • Direct mentorship working alongside a startup CEO
    • Hands-on experience in the nonprofit and social impact sector
    • Experience in content creation, partnerships, and digital growth strategy
    • A strong resume builder with meaningful, real responsibilities
    • Opportunity to build a professional network within the nonprofit space
    • Insight into launching and scaling a mission-driven tech platform

    Ideal Candidate

    • Current college student or recent graduate
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Interest in nonprofits, social impact, startups, or marketing
    • Self-starter who is proactive and reliable
    • Passion for social change and making a positive impact

    Benefits

You can truly customize your experience and gain hands-on experience in areas of interest. Perfect for solid resume building and developing skills most don't acquire before graduating college.
