    Description

Azimu Group is a strategic advisory and research firm building equitable resilience against our era's greatest challenges. We partner with governments, institutions, and community organizations to navigate five interconnected global disruptors: automation, climate change, hyper-urbanization, pandemics, and wealth inequality.

Our work is rooted in a powerful belief: communities facing the greatest barriers deserve future-oriented solutions built with them, not for them. We combine rigorous research with deep community engagement using trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches.

    The Opportunity

We're seeking a Junior Social Media Strategist who believes social media can be a force for social good. This isn't about chasing viral moments—it's about building authentic relationships, amplifying important conversations, and connecting our work to leaders and communities who need it most.

You'll join us at an exciting inflection point. We're a small but mighty team scaling our impact, and social media will be critical for reaching decision-makers, forming partnerships, and educating the public about challenges and solutions that will define the next 30 years. If you're energized by mission-driven work, love the creativity of social media, and want to contribute to something bigger than yourself, we want to hear from you.

    • Analyze performance and adjust strategy based on data
    • Report progress toward quarterly goals: 3 new contracts, 1 new partnership, strong educational engagement

    Administrative & Collaborative Tasks (10%)

    • Schedule content using Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer
    • Maintain brand consistency and organize assets
    • Collaborate with team to identify content opportunities from ongoing projects
