    Cause Strategy Partners is seeking a talented, mission-driven Program Associate, Partner Success who values working in an upbeat, collaborative environment. This position reports to the Partner Success Manager will lead execution of learning experiences, lead assigned Concierge engagements, and support the maintenance and development of our online training platform.

    DESCRIPTION​ &​ ​RESPONSIBILITIES

    Cause Strategy Partners seeks a wildly talented, deeply passionate and incredibly fun mission-driven professional to join our team. The Program Associate will work closely with the Manager, Partner Success, to drive high-impact nonprofit board placement, training and support.

    In this role, the Program Associate will provide critical support for Cause Strategy Partners’ programs & services, including Learning Experiences Design & Delivery and Concierge Service Delivery. The Program Associate will excel in high-stakes relationship building and management, research, data management, and project management. As a highly–organized contributor, they will proactively provide regular thoughtful feedback on systems and processes to improve our work.

    The Program Associate will be responsible for:

    Learning Experiences Design & Delivery

    • Manage corporate board training engagements and paid nonprofit trainings (i.e. board assessments)
      • Execute on scheduling, technology, communications, and registration, and follow up for training and workshop sessions
      • Support Cause Strategy Partners’ team of governance trainers in content development
      • Administer, facilitate, and emcee corporate governance trainings, as needed
    • Manage BoardLearn’s continuous education series
      • Oversee the BoardLearn platform and its user-base, working closely with Manager, Partner Success and the Associate Director, BoardLead & Nonprofit Success to drive increased user engagement
      • Partner with the Nonprofit Success team to develop new ways to engage with the BoardLead Community through our training offerings
      • Coordinate with team members on BoardLearn's continuous education series
      • Plan and, where appropriate, lead the development of new content for the BoardLearn platform
    • Manage training data to understand impact and quality of learning experiences
      • Develop and deploy customer satisfaction surveys across all CSP facilitated trainings, for corporate and nonprofit audiences
      • For all program trainings facilitated by CSP (including governance trainings, BoardLead, and BoardLead Network trainings), track outcome metrics (including number of trainings, attendees, etc.) and provide insights on training program performance to the programs and business development/marketing teams
    • Support the logistical execution of Nonprofit Network learning experiences, as needed, including but not limited to creating Zoom links and building event reports

    Concierge Service Delivery

    • Working closely with the Manager, Partner Success, support the execution of concierge engagements, including:
      • Conducting research to identify potential nonprofit board seats for C-suite professionals from Fortune 500 companies
      • Building tools, supporting processes and advancing systems to support the full cycle of a professional’s experience with Concierge
      • Developing client and executive deliverables associated with each Concierge engagement
      • Over time, serving as Concierge Manager and direct point of contact for select Concierge clients, as needed
      • Support data management efforts to track and report on concierge outcomes
      • Lead the development and deployment of customer satisfaction surveys for senior executives and corporate clients
      • Where appropriate, providing feedback on and implementing solutions for systems and processes to refine program design and success

    The Program Associate selected to fill this position will report into the Manager, Partner Success. The individual selected to fill this important position will be expected to perform their work in accord with the values of Cause Strategy Partners. They must be adept at a number of core competencies, including:

    1. Highly efficient & organized self-starter: The Program Associate will be expected to take responsibility for tasks and work both independently and collaboratively across teams. They will demonstrate the ability to manage workflow with a high degree of autonomy and with excellence.
    2. Strong verbal and written communicator: This Program Associate will be an effective, clear, and professional communicator, with an ability to make quick connections, leave positive impressions, and build strong relationships with a variety of external stakeholders–especially a nonprofit and corporate audience.
    3. Technological proficiency: The ideal candidate is a fast learner, eager to embrace and responsibly utilize new technologies to drive our mission. Essential skills include proficiency with key tools, such as Zoom, Hubspot (or a similar CRM), and the Google Workspace suite.
    4. Relationship-oriented: The Program Associate will be a connection builder, attentive listener, and strategic thinker. Being open to all ideas, crafting innovative strategies, and centering trust, creativity, and data is essential.
    5. Champion curiosity and collaboration: The Program Associate will demonstrate curiosity, openness to learning, and collaboration, seeking new ways of working and thinking. They will be an enthusiastic, creative team player who embodies positivity and embraces idea-sharing.
    6. Possess social sector experience: Nonprofit governance is our passion; a familiarity with and understanding of the social good sector, either related to corporate social responsibility or nonprofits, is strongly preferred.

    Please​ ​note​ ​the​ ​following​ ​expectations​ ​for​ this role:

    • Remote- First Work Schedule: Cause Strategy Partners’ regular business hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.
    • Equipment and technology: All remote personnel are expected to have a computer system which can support remote work applications and meetings–including a reliable, stable internet connection.
    • Travel: All employees are expected to travel to rotating locations for at least two multi-day team retreats per year, with travel expenses covered by the company.
    • Employment Eligibility Verification: In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

    COMPENSATION

    Salary: $55,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
