Compassionate Care Hospice

Founded in 1993, Compassionate Care Hospice is a community based organization committed to providing the highest quality hospice care to patients, their families and close friends. We care for terminally ill patients in their homes, whether that be in an Assisted Living Facility, a Skilled Nursing Home, or in their own home. We go where the patient is. We provide that special care and services that help make these choices possible. Our volunteers make a difference as well. One visit a week makes a difference. Volunteers read to our patients, play cards with them, go to activities with them, or just sit bedside with them and their families. Be the one to Be the difference!
