We believe that helping create strong leaders is the path to growing conscious companies. With two decades of leadership expertise, we advise businesses and non-profits on succession planning, mediation services, business consulting, and social enterprise.

Our office provides incorporation and ongoing consulting services to social enterprise and social purpose companies. Many companies are interested in incorporating a social or environmental purpose into their company’s goals. We help our clients define their social purpose to ensure proper incorporation, and ensure that their corporate documents and business operations allow for the optional B Corp certification, if our client so chooses. This includes both benefit or social purpose (“flexible purpose”) corporate structures.

Our team also works directly with our sister affiliate organization, Healing and Reconciliation Institute, which is a 501c(3), to work with indigenous centered healing and offer nonprofit assistance to Tribes locally. We are also transitioning to the area of practice to solely help indigenous people and assist Tribes both federally recognized and unrecognized.

We are a dedicated, socially-responsible business. We donate 1% of gross profits to charity and at least fifty pro bono hours per year.
