    At In Touch we are determined to share the healing. We make our services free of charge for those who need it, including refugees and asylum seekers, and offer a sliding scale for those who can contribute, including people in financial hardship and older people. We provide a friendly and reliable service to community groups, healthcare trusts and organisations in the third sector. We also run group exercise classes, including Yoga for Health (open to all) and Exercise for Ease (open to elders and people with mobility issues).
