The Colburn

Gorman & Company has is a national management company that is dedicated to preserving affordable housing, revitalizing communities, and preserving historic buildings. In the past, Gorman has partnered with local housing authorities and organizations to bring direct services and supports to residents. Just recently, Gorman & Company has ventured to provide direct in-house supportive services at a select communities. At our Denver location, The Colburn, residents greatly need the support. All of the residents at The Colburn have been referred to us by local shelters. All of the residents have experienced chronic homelessness in their lifetime. Many of our residents are seniors, and many residents have disabilities. In order to build a strong sense of community and combat isolation, we are dedicated to building a busy social events calendar. We want to bring programs focused on art & culture, health & fitness, education & life skills, and more! In order to be successful we hope to recruit passionate and skilled volunteers who can lead programs in their area of expertise.
