    We are a self identifying female collective of diverse, creative freelancers & small business owners in Brooklyn. We thrive on our sisterhood-like community as a resource hub and safe space to allow for meaningful discussion. 

    Thankful for our guest speakers and dedicated boss babes, we are able to ask the tough questions and find solutions that inspire and thrust us forward personally & professionally, all while reflecting on our own practice as artists and freelancers alike.

    From photographer experts, creative lawyers, to life/business coaches we offer our boss babes the kind of experience and first hand advice that help our HMB members operate in a more knowledgeable and successful way.
