Our mission is to enhance each patients quality of life with respect and dignity through an interdisciplinary team approach. We will focus on meeting the individualized goals and needs of the patient with pain and symptom control while support their families as they move beyond loss.

Medi Home Health and Hospice is looking for volunteers to assist patients who has life-limiting illness and to assist their families with respite care and to run errands etc.
We are also looking for Bereavement support volunteers. Volunteers to assist as bereavement care group volunteers. To provide administrative support, professional volunteers and or direct patient care.
If you have special skills or talents, let us know how we can put them to work for the benefit of our patients.
