About Us
Illuminate Food is a farm box delivery business with the goal of connecting consumers to where their food comes from. Started at the beginning of the pandemic to help re-distribute food that was no longer going to restaurants, Illuminate Food was able to partner with a local distributor to source local produce and deliver CSA style boxes to a growing customer base. The box is a weekly delivery that consists of seasonal produce, milk, eggs, cheese, fresh bread, one specialty item and a recipe to tie it all together.
Beyond promoting local food, our long term goals are to bring change to the food system and support black and brown farmers, promote access to local food and protect workers in the food system.
