KIRKWOOD MANOR NURSING & REHAB CENTER

Kirkwood Manor is a 162-bed nursing and rehabilitation center that was built in 1987. We have a short-term rehab wing (42 beds) and a long-term wing (120 beds). Nurses and Certified Nursing Aides are on staff 24/7. We specialize in respiratory therapy, wound care and rehab therapy, which we call "Fast Track" Rehab. We take pride in our resident care, with emphasis on all of the CMS quality measures. We are restraint-free, non-smoking, and have zero wounds that originated in our facility (for the last 2 years). There is a great leadership team in place, with many of our department heads being there more than 5 years. We appreciate and respect our many volunteers - who provide so much joy for our residents; we would not the great place we are without them.
