    Beyond Faith Hospice is nurse owned and spiritually led with offices in 4 cities (Wichita Falls, Lubbock, Graham, and Weatherford). Compassion and comfort are emphasized with sincere and intimate relationships established between the hospice team, patients, and family members. End of life care as well as palliative care are provided at patient homes, nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities.
