Curated services and HR policy target improvements to the financial health, education and training, and health and wellness of workers across the Lafayette Square portfolio, while improving recruitment, retention, and productivity of our portfolio companies. Worker Solutions provides this managerial assistance to companies beyond the Lafayette Square portfolio as well.
