Sage Creek is an all-new, short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 60 private rooms. Patients will enjoy private bathrooms with private showers, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, expansive common areas, a spacious courtyard, and the peace-of-mind that comes with round-the-clock Registered Nurses.
