Sweet Generation is an artisan bakery creating beautifully handcrafted pastries. We pair unique and memorable flavors using natural and whole ingredients. But we are more than just a bakery. With every purchase of our award winning cupcakes and pastries our customers are supporting our internship program for historically marginalized youth, teaching job readiness skills in our creative bakery space.

Youth Internship Program

We run a comprehensive internship program that teaches baking, work readiness, and entrepreneurship to teens and young adults from marginalized communities. We have partnered with Cypress Hills LDC and their Summer Youth Employment and Young Adult Internship Program, as well as the Lower Manhattan Arts Academy to match us with young people interested in creative business and entrepreneurship.
