    At Heart to Heart Hospice we understand the emotional and physical challenges that are associated with a life-limiting illness for both the patient and their loved ones. Our care team, made up of medical professionals, is here to provide patients with what they need the most: freedom from pain, emotional and spiritual support, and the ability to control the direction of their own care. We believe in a plan for living that will preserve our patient’s dignity and enable them to spend their remaining days, weeks, or months with their loved ones in a compassionate and pain-free environment.

    About Us

    Heart to Heart Hospice has a variety of volunteers that possess different skills and talents needed to assist both patients and their loved ones, while providing support to our interdisciplinary team. The scope of work will be determined by the hospice program and the services that each program offers to patients and family members. Tasks may include providing companionship to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones or handling administrative work in the office.
