Pilgrimage Hospice is a locally-owned, mission driven provider of end-of-life care. We are state-licensed and Medicare Certified to provide hospice services. Our organization has been developed by nurses with extensive experience in end-of-life care to ensure the highest quality of care with the best possible outcomes. Our individualized, collaborative plan of care focuses on comfort, dignity, and the well-being of the patient and their family. This holistic approach includes the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of the patient and their loved ones.

We focus on the whole person, meeting his or her medical, emotional and spiritual needs throughout the stages of life-limiting illness. This care is offered wherever our patients call home-their family residence, assisted living, independen living, skilled nursing facility or hospital.
