    Brookdale Woodside is an Assisted Living community in the heart of Springfield, Oregon. Our community is smaller and designed for seniors who want a community that is more relaxed and tightly knit than a large senior community. We focus on resident engagement in six dimensions: Physical, Emotional, Purposeful, Social, Spiritual, and Intellectual. These six dimensions allow us to provide engagement opportunities that are well-rounded and cater to the different interests of many residents.
