Wildflowers Preschool

At Wildflowers Preschool, we believe children are innately curious and intrinsically motivated to learn and that it is our job to foster that love of learning and provide ways for children to explore their passion. We hold high academic standards through our individualized, child-centered curriculum based in outdoor play and exploration. Our school provides opportunities for development of academic skills for kindergarten readiness and the support of social and emotional skills for lifelong success. The teachers in our classroom are facilitators, emphasizing children's learning authentically through play and investigation. We focus on the whole child (social, emotional, cognitive, language, physical and sensorial-perceptual) while helping them develop a positive sense of self and others, an appreciation for diversity, a sense of justice, and an understanding of interconnectedness.
