Our organization is a for-profit law firm, but we represent workers in civil rights litigation and through our work representing labor unions. Our mission is to support workers' rights, restore dignity to those who have been harmed and to counter the continuous attempts by large employers to erode workplace fairness. We have represented classes of individuals who reside throughout the country and, on the other end of the spectrum, represent workers who are "at will" employees without union just-cause protection.
