    Compassionate Care Hospice Mission is to affirm life during its final stages by providing holistic compassionate care to patients and their families; by providing access to hospice care for all terminally ill individuals including underserved or difficult to serve populations; by wise efficient use of available resources and bby educating the community.

    Compassionate Care Hospice provides care for terminally ill patients with a wide range of illness including, but not limited to: cancer, advanced cardiac disorders, advanced neurological disorders, AIDS ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), Multiple Sclerosis and any end stage desease.

    At Compassionate Care we are committed to quality of life, which enables patients to remain in the comfort and privacy of their own homes, with loved ones. We also provide care to individuals who live in Assisted Living and Long Term Care facilities. We provide the special care and services that make choices possible.
