The firm is owned and operated by Attorney Karina Gutierrez. She has prior experience working in the non-profit and private sectors handling immigration matters. As an immigrant herself and a current DACA beneficiary, the primary goal of our firm is to provide a safe and comfortable environment to empower our clients and communities. We handle immigration petitions that include family-based, humanitarian-based, and deferred action petitions, with limited deportation defense work.
