About Us
In early 2020, our two legacy care providers, Agape Hospice and Hospice Care of South Carolina, combined to form one organization, Agape Care Group. Under our new name, we expanded our patient services, and today, our vision is to be recognized as the premier provider of care in the Southeast, known for our superior patient-family experience, delivering the highest quality care, and building a culture of excellence.
