Peregrine Hospice and Palliative Care.

Peregrine Hospice exists to respect the goals, wishes and choices of the dying person. To look after their medical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. We are here to provide quality service in the care of the terminally ill and their families thru support and caring in their time of need. In addition, we help gain access to needed health care providers in appropriate settings, and to aid in determining the pathways needed to provide appropriate and respectful care at the end of life.
