Our Signature Hospice team is reflective of a spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying, making it possible for those we serve to remain independent for as long as possible, and in familiar surroundings.

Signature Hospice affirms life. We exist to provide support and care for people in the last phases of a life-limiting illness so that they may live as fully and comfortably as possible. We believe every little thing we do can and will make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

We believe that providing care for a terminal patient is a sacred and honored opportunity to help people live as fully as possible while embracing the demands of terminal illness.

While our primary office is in Tigard, Oregon, we have opportunities available throughout the Portland Metropolitan area, Hillsboro, Sandy, McMinnville, Salem and more. Join our team!
