Hiinga is a faith-based nonprofit social enterprise working to end hunger and extreme poverty in Africa through microfinance and agricultural education. Our model includes working with an entire village to educate and train them, provide finance, facilitate market access, and improve storage and post-harvest handling processes. By working with an entire village, it means we are partnering with these communities to develop robust rural economies that will have a spillover effect on other social services such as education, healthcare, and housing.
