    Southern Grace Hospice was started because we believe end-of-life care should be delivered with dignity, respect, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. At Southern Grace Hospice, our journey began with a shared vision and a deep commitment to serving individuals and families during one of life's most challenging seasons. Our team is comprised of seasoned professional who collectively bring decades of experience in hospice care, particularly in the southern region of Louisiana. Having served this area for many years, we understand the unique needs of our communities and are dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care that reflects the culture and values of our region. Locally owned and operated, Southern Grace Hospice is committed to delivering swift, exceptional service with a hometown touch.

    Volunteers make a difference to patients, their families, the staff of hospice agencies, their communities and to one another. Hospice volunteers have important roles, which may include patient care, family care and support, nursing home visits, working at a health fair, office help or helping with an agency project. Each person brings a unique mix of talent and interests to the hospice experience and each volunteer is needed and appreciated by everyone in the hospice community.
