Our job is to assist our patients and families through the physical, emotional and spiritual challenges of life's final transition. We understand that and explain it to our patients and their families, it's about living!
About Us
Seeking volunteers in the Lake County area to provide companion, administrative and/or vigil services. We are seeking individuals who want to provide a commitment and passion for hospice work with Transitions Hospice, our patients and families would benefit from your gifts of volunteering.
