Prisma Health Hospice

Prisma Health Hospice extends a warm welcome to our patients, their family and friends, and our team members which include volunteers! We are dedicated to promoting the physical and emotional well-being of our patients and all who come in contact with our agency.

We strive to demonstrate our belief in the dignity and worth of each individual. We recognize that every human being has personal rights which must be respected and should not be violated and are committed to ensuring your rights and privileges as a healthcare patient.

Our Hospice program is a non-profit organization spanning the foot print of the Midlands and Upstate from Sumter, SC to Greenville SC. We are dedicated to ensuring our team is equipped with the training and education to support the community and each other, so that all who are touched by our service have the experience of compassion and integrity, and see the difference between us and other organizations in the state.
