The Mission of Heartstrings Hospice is to ensure that each interaction with every person results in easing their burdens and concerns as we represent them in all aspects of hospice care; providing education, insight, best practices, communication, advocacy and comfort while imparting grace and dignity to personal circumstances, demystifying medical and legal processes and procedures, managing symptoms and recommending solutions, under a team-built umbrella of heartfelt compassion and understanding.
About Us
Heartstrings Hospice is a local hospice in South Carolina. We consist of Local Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare professionals and Volunteers. Heartstrings Hospice treats the person, not the disease. Heartstrings professionals and Volunteers address the medical, social, psychological, and spiritual needs of both the patient and family. Our specialized training in the latest therapies for pain and symptom control enable the patient to live their life fully and as comfortably as possible. Heartstrings Hospice affirms life and neither hastens nor postpones death. We are committed to providing comfort and care with dignity.
