Endo Industries

Endo Industries is a social-equity, San Francisco company founded in 2009 by Nancy Do, with the vision of building a diverse cannabis community that utilizes plant medicine for holistic healing through plant medicine. Endo is currently its 2nd rendition, moving from a focus on genetics to becoming a more all-encompassing collaboration-centered enterprise that works with various partners within the supply chain to advance its vision of a world in which human health is transformed through the accessible and widespread consumption of reliable, high-quality plant medicine and through economic investment in communities disparately harmed by the “War on Drugs.” This Endo Model uses a foundation of radical collaboration and community to create high-quality cannabis products with verifiable genetics, increasing traceability, sustainability, and effectiveness along the way. 

Endo Industries works to fulfill its vision by:

• supplying the healthiest starter plants to growers using advanced cloning technologies that are pest and pathogen-free that result in higher yields and quality and reduced uses of pesticides and fertilizers,
• provide procurement services of harvested material from farms growing Endo's clones, 
• consistently building upon our proven standard operating procedures through data collection and collaboration with our farmers
• partnering with social-equity driven brands to support a more scalable growth model
• unifying and supporting supply chain operators grounded in a shared ethos
• hiring and providing professional development and career advancement opportunities for people of color, women, veterans, people who identify as LGBTQ, justice-impacted people (implement second chance hiring) and survivors on the war on drugs.
