    St. Mary Home Health and Hospice is de novo Hospice program located in the heart of Bucks County, servicing Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties. When life’s journey nears its close, hospice care provides comfort, peace and improved quality of life. At St. Mary Home Care & Hospice, our compassionate care team partners closely with patients and families, walking with our patients during this final season. Our volunteers can spend time reading, singing, playing instruments, pet companionship, arts & crafts, and offering a calm presence to our patients and their families. This unique position allows you to work closely with the team to assist our patients and their families in this last leg of the journey.
