About Us
Heartland Hospice, South Bend Office provides care to patients in St. Joseph, Marshall and Elkhart Counties. With a plan of care designed to support both patients and caregivers. Volunteers are a vital part of the team providing a loving presence, support and practical help.
Heartland Hospice strives to provide care to all who are eligable and need hospice care wherever they call home, irrespective of ablility to pay.
