    7th & Madison Extensions of Empowerment provides Support Coordination (case management), Prevocational Training, Community Based Supports, Transportation and other direct support services for individuals 18+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities that reside in New Jersey that are (DDD) eligible. Our agency remains a family supports driven organization with a firm belief in the success of grassroots advocacy. We provides services throughout the state of New Jersey.
