The Well Clinic was founded in 2011 with the goal of making the practice of psychotherapy more community focused and accessible. We imagine a world in which attending to our emotional health is a priority for all, and finding high quality therapy is simple and inviting. We are grounded in traditional psychological theory but also understand that as the world changes around us, we must integrate the practice of therapy into modern life in order to reach our clients. We know that relationship is at the core of how change and healing occur. Because our clinicians work among their peers trained in diverse modalities they are more current in their approaches and are always expanding their knowledge. All of our clinicians work together in a shared space and learn from each other as part of their dedication to excellent training. This is our focus with our clients as well; offering an individualized, client-centered approach, while emphasizing partnership and collaboration between practitioner and client.
