Mission
Aseracare Hospice has defined as its mission to affirm life during its final stages by providing holistic compassionate care to patients and their families; by providing access to hospice care for underserved or difficult to serve populations; by wise and efficient use of available resources, and by educating the community in order to provide them with knowledge regarding end-of-life and hospice care around quality of life.
About Us
Aseracare Hospice recruits and maintains a diverse and compassionate team of Volunteers from the community, who help to care for our patients and families in numerous ways. From companionship visits, dementia care, respite visits to benefit families, pet therapy visits, music visits, clerical administrative support, vigil visits, biography projects for patients and families, Veteran to Veteran support, supportive virtual calls to caregivers, craft projects - if you have time you would like to give to help care for people at end of life, we have ways that you can help.
