LiftUp Enterprises (LUE) is a vertically integrated, for-profit economic development platform that incubates, grows, and accelerates social enterprise initiatives of The Resurrection Project (TRP).
• LUE is a holding company currently comprised of Do Right Services Co. (Cleaning, Landscaping, Painting) & *TRP Realty (Home Purchase).
• TRP is a community development organization with a 29-year track record of creating healthy communities through affordable housing, community wealth building, immigration services and community organizing.
Underemployment is underrepresented and complicated to solve. It affects the individual, families & communities.
Our holistic approach is to first create a liveable job that offers: basic benefits, career building opportunities, profit sharing, livable wage and a fair & engaging workplace. Second, we leverage TRP’s social services providing wrap around services to help create stability and mobility to our employee.
