IMPACT INITIATIVES

Motive’s unique social enterprise model means we earn client-generated revenue then invest it into not-for-profit activities that advance our social mission to mitigate global conflict and instability. We’ve sent pro-bono experts to frontline conflicts, funded innovative research and service projects, and continually advance our community of practice through outreach and thought leadership.

TRAINING & EDUCATION  

Nearly 10,000 global policy, security, civil society, and other leaders have learned to mitigate conflict, strengthen governance systems, measure impacts, and more through Motive’s expert-delivered signature courses. Others have benefited from our curriculum development and learning evaluation expertise. All have enjoyed Motive’s pledge of lifelong post-course support that ensures students are able to translate learning into impact.

CLIENT PROGRAMS

Motive implements a variety of programs including security cooperation activities, exercises and simulations, international technical assistance, cross-sector trade & investment support, assessment, monitoring & evaluation (AM&E) programs, and more. We apply our signature tools & methods to every program we take on to ensure our programs mitigate global conflict and instability.
