  • About Us

DiaM is a fully unified Diabetes care and management software platform that empowers and supports the Diabetes community. We use neuropsychology, behavior science, contextual AI, next-generation engagement, and deep brain science to profoundly improve results and outcomes associated with Diabetes, by tapping into a person's habits, instincts, cultural behaviors, language, lifestyle, and more.

We offer a connected approach to care that links doctors, people with Diabetes, parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders within a single connected ecosystem that provides community, education, a marketplace, Diabetes daily management, real-time communication, and much more.

More than 93% of people with Diabetes don’t know how to manage and control their Diabetes effectively. With only 6,500 Endocrinologists in the US and 34 Million people with diabetes, there are not enough doctors to meet the growing medical demand of the Diabetes population. Because of this, over 98% of people with diabetes develop comorbidities such as heart disease, kidney disease, amputations, eye problems, and more. DiaM utilizes science and technology to empower and support effective Diabetes self-care and management.

DiaM’s mission is to provide access to resources, tools, and care to all people with Diabetes, especially those within underrepresented communities that represent the highest prevalence of Diabetes; 14% of American Indians/Alaska Natives, 12.5% of Hispanics, 11.7% of African Americans and 9.2% of Asians. Furthermore, 97.8% of people with Diabetes within the communities suffer from one or more comorbidities.
