Advantage Hospice (formerly Promise)

We serve and support patients who have a life-limiting illness and their families. We have patients in personal care homes and assisted living facilities, but most of our clients are being cared for in their homes. We have served Greensburg and Irwin, Pa for 17 years as Promise Hospice. In 2021 we joined with Advantage Home Health and Hospice so we can grow and expand our service across Pennsylvania. We have opportunities to serve in our offices, in our community, and with our patients and families. These opportunities include assisting with mailings, phone calls, events, and sitting with a patient for an hour while their loved one runs an errand. You are needed and you will be appreciated.
