Our services are solely dedicated to in-home hospice care; we do not have a central facility for treating patients. We believe in the intimacy of a patient's personal environment for providing psychological comfort and physical familiarity.
In addition to hospice care, we provide palliative care. The key difference is that a patient only qualifies for hospice care if a terminal condition has left them with less than six months to live. A hospice patient no longer seeks treatment for their condition, instead choosing to let it run its course. Palliative care, on the other hand, is treatment with the intention of curing the illness. Based on their condition, patients can choose to switch back and forth between hospice and palliative care.
